Cubixio Limited is a UK data analytics practice, registered in England and Wales and based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with a specialism in media analytics.
Who we are
Why we exist
Most organisations know roughly what they want to measure and have no reliable way to measure it. The data sits in systems that do not talk to each other, the reporting is assembled by hand, and nobody is confident enough in the numbers to act on them.
We build the infrastructure that fixes that, and we apply the same discipline to media analytics and research, where the measurement problem is harder still because the sources are messy, multilingual and mostly unstructured.
The practice grew out of a decade of work across quality management, standards and data: building measurement systems, and assessing whether the ones organisations already had could be trusted.
Our practice
Deliberately small
Work is led directly by the practitioner who scopes it. There is no account layer, no handover, and nothing passed down to a junior team. You deal throughout with the person doing the analysis.
That shapes what we take on. Where a piece of work needs capacity or expertise beyond ours, we say so, and bring in named specialists with your agreement.
What we draw on
The practice is built on a background in data and compliance reporting, quality management and continuous improvement, and standards and conformity work. That combination is why method and traceability sit at the centre of how we operate rather than at the edges.
We work in English, French and Wolof.

How we hold ourselves to it
Sources we can account for
Our media work collects from publicly available sources: broadcast, online news, and public social media pages and posts. We do not access private accounts, private messages or closed groups.
Review before release
Significant findings are checked against documented criteria before release. We do not publish unverified material to client dashboards.
Method in the open
Our approach is documented and available for review. Clients can examine our analytical claims and challenge them.
No monitoring of individuals
We do not build profiles of private individuals, and we do not conduct covert collection of any kind.
